Get to Know Legacy

Legacy Homes was founded in 2021 by Broker/Realtor Taylor White, who comes with several previous years experience. Born and raised in Jeffersonville Vermont, Taylor White is a passionate full-time Realtor and a volunteer firefighter with the Cambridge Fire department. The desire to problem-solve under pressure, and to come to the aid of others, has followed her into how she approached real estate.

Taylor works alongside her clients to find the right strategy to help buyers find a home, and help sellers move on to their next adventure. As an agent, she uses her knowledge and experience to consider out-of-the-box strategies and uses her thoughtful problem-solving skills to get everyone to the closing table. She has deep knowledge of current technology and market trends to help you make an informed decision every step of the way.

Serving all of Northern Vermont and operating out of Jeffersonville’s Main Street, Taylor and the Legacy team prides themselves on being hands-on realtors focused on education throughout the process, with no client request being too big or too small. Taylor was joined by buyer specialist Raegan Decker in 2024.

Together, they work hard to make sure all their clients understand each and every step of the buying and selling process and are committed to make sure all unique needs are met.

"Taylor and the team at Legacy Homes helped us sell our house, unfortunately moving out of state they were unable to assist with the purchase of a new home :( The level of service made us feel like we were the only customer (which is nowhere near true). Always prompt responses to any and all questions we had no matter how silly they may have been. We had some bumps in the road which caused some headaches but Taylor was on top of it, handled it promptly and did it with the utmost professionalism even when most people would have not. The team at Legacy Homes is nothing short of amazing and if you decide to use a different realtor/realty agent you’re missing out on a great experience with a great team!!!"
